- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary

- 1.5 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients

- Season the Beef
- Place beef in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika. Toss to coat evenly.

- Layer Ingredients
- Add potatoes to the bottom of the slow cooker. Layer seared beef on top.
- Prepare Garlic Butter Sauce
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour and Add Broth
