- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water (optional, for thickening)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
- Season beef with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Halve the baby potatoes and mince the garlic. Melt the butter.
Step 2: Brown the Beef (Optional)
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear beef bites for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
Step 3: Assemble the Slow Cooker
- Place baby potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add seared beef bites on top.
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Pour mixture over the beef and potatoes.
Step 4: Cook
- Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours until beef is tender.
- If a thicker sauce is desired, stir in the cornstarch slurry 30 minutes before serving.
