- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 6 cloves garlic, minced

- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ½ tsp dried rosemary
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Sear the Beef (Optional but Recommended)
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the beef bites for 2-3 minutes per side until browned to enhance flavor.
- Prepare the Garlic Butter Mixture
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, and rosemary.
- Assemble in the Slow Cooker
- Place halved baby potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add seared beef bites on top.
- Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
- Drizzle the garlic butter mixture evenly over everything.
- Slow Cook
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until beef is tender and potatoes are soft.
- Garnish and Serve
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
