Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

  • Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces if not already pre-cut.
  • Halve the baby potatoes to ensure even cooking.

Step 2: Mix the Seasoning

  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper.

Step 3: Assemble in the Slow Cooker

  • Place the beef bites and potatoes into the slow cooker.
  • Pour the butter mixture over the beef and potatoes, tossing to coat evenly.
  • Add the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce for additional flavor and moisture.
