Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Slaw

- In a separate small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lime juice, honey, and salt.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat evenly. Set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Shrimp
- In a medium bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.

- Squeeze fresh lime juice over the shrimp and remove from heat.

- In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, hot sauce (if using), and garlic powder.
- Adjust seasoning to taste and set aside.
Step 4: Assemble the Tacos

- Drizzle with sauce and top with avocado, cotija cheese, and jalapeños if desired.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.
Notes
- Spicier Tacos – Add cayenne pepper to the shrimp seasoning or extra hot sauce to the sauce.
- Grilled Shrimp – Instead of pan-frying, grill the shrimp for a smoky flavor.
- Creamy Slaw Alternative – Swap mayonnaise for Greek yogurt for a tangier, lighter version.
- Different Toppings – Try pickled onions, mango salsa, or roasted corn.
