- ½ teaspoon onion powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven – Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Ingredients – In a large mixing bowl, combine the sausage, softened cream cheese, and drained Rotel tomatoes. Mix well.
- Add Cheese and Flour – Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, then gradually add the Bisquick or self-rising flour until well combined.
- Form the Balls – Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the baking sheet, spacing them about an inch apart.
- Bake – Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve – Let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm with dipping sauces.
