  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • Cut & Season: Wash and quarter the red potatoes. Toss in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  • Arrange for Roasting: Spread potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  • Roast: Bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving warm.
