Instructions

Prepare the Brussels Sprouts – Trim ends, remove wilted leaves, and halve lengthwise.

Heat the Pan – Warm olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sauté the Brussels Sprouts – Place cut side down in a single layer and cook undisturbed for 3–4 minutes until golden-brown.
