    • 12 slider buns
    • 1 lb deli-style roast beef, thinly sliced
    • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • Butter Sauce:

    • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
    • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp onion powder
    • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
    • 1 tsp dried parsley (optional)

 

  • Au Jus:

    • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
    • 2 cups water

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a baking dish.
  • Assemble the Sliders: Slice buns in half horizontally, place the bottom layer in the dish, add half the cheese, all the roast beef, then the remaining cheese, and top with the bun tops.
  • Make the Butter Sauce: Mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and Dijon mustard. Brush over the buns and sprinkle parsley if desired.
  • Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 5 minutes until golden brown.
  • Prepare Au Jus: Simmer au jus mix with water over medium heat until slightly thickened.

 

  • Serve: Slice the sliders and serve warm with au jus for dipping.
