- 1 pound ground beef (80/20 for best flavor)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 12 slider buns
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
- 1/2 cup diced pickles (optional)
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup diced onions (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Beef
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Press beef mixture evenly into a 9×13-inch baking dish to form one large patty.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Remove from oven and drain excess grease.
Step 2: Assemble the Sliders
- Slice slider buns in half and place bottom halves on a baking sheet.
- Place cooked beef patty on top of buns.
- Layer cheese slices evenly over beef.
- Add pickles, onions, or any other toppings.
- Cover with top halves of buns.
Step 3: Bake and Serve
- Brush melted butter over tops of buns and sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
- Return to oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and buns are golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
