Instructions

  • Preheat and Prepare:

    • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease four 8-ounce ramekins.
  • Cook the Filling:

    • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
    • Sauté onions, bell peppers, and garlic for 2-3 minutes.
    • Add sausage (if using) and cook until browned.
    • Stir in mushrooms, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2 minutes.

  • Assemble the Pot Pies:

  • Add the Crust:
