Instructions
1. Prepare the Ingredients
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and dice the sweet potatoes.
- Chop the onion, red bell pepper, and mince the garlic.
2. Sauté the Chicken
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken, season with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.

3. Cook the Vegetables
