- ¾ cup granulated sugar

- ½ cup Nutella (plus extra for filling)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a stand mixer, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, then gradually mix in dry ingredients. Fold in ½ cup Nutella.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Scoop dough, flatten into discs, add a teaspoon of Nutella, seal, and roll into balls.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set but centers are soft. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
