- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, egg, milk, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup. Mix until just combined.
- Shape the Meatloaf: Transfer the mixture to the loaf pan and shape it evenly. Brush the top with olive oil.
- Bake the Meatloaf: Bake for 35-40 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). If using mozzarella, sprinkle it on top in the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Rest and Serve: Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or salad.
