For the Chicken:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Caesar salad dressing
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For Garnish (Optional):

  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon wedges
  • Extra grated Parmesan cheese



Instructions

1. Prepare the Chicken

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  • Pound chicken to an even 1/2-inch thickness for uniform cooking.
  • Coat chicken with Caesar dressing in a shallow dish. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.

2. Prepare the Coating

  • Mix Parmesan, panko, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.

3. Coat the Chicken

  • Dredge marinated chicken in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

4. Bake

  • Place coated chicken in the prepared dish without overlapping.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

5. Garnish and Serve

  • Optionally garnish with parsley, Parmesan, and lemon wedges. Serve warm with your favorite sides.
