  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  • Sauté the Aromatics: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until soft (about 3 minutes). Stir in minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
  • Cook the Beef: Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until browned and fully cooked (5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat if necessary.
  • Add Vegetables: Stir in bell pepper, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes until tender but slightly crisp.
  • Season the Dish: Add cumin, paprika, cinnamon, oregano, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well.
