For the Chicken:

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (halved to make cutlets)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for a thicker sauce)

For the Ravioli:

  • 1 (9-ounce) package cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon salt (for boiling water)

Garnish:

  • Fresh basil or parsley, chopped
  • Extra Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken

    • Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes.
    • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    • Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and Italian seasoning; cook for another minute.
    • Pour in chicken broth, deglazing the pan.

  • Cook the Ravioli

    • Bring salted water to a boil.
    • Cook ravioli according to package instructions (3-5 minutes for fresh, 5-7 minutes for frozen). Drain and set aside.
  • Combine Everything
