Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken:
- In a large bowl, whisk together Italian dressing, ranch dressing, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, and black pepper.
- Add chicken breasts and coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours.
- Prepare the Ranch Spread:
- In a small bowl, mix grated Parmesan cheese and buttermilk ranch dressing. Set aside.
- Make the Parmesan Crust Topping:
- In another bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, and melted butter. Stir until well combined.
- Cook the Chicken:
- Heat vegetable oil in a large, oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from the marinade and let excess drip off.

- Remove skillet from heat.
- Assemble and Broil:
- Preheat oven broiler to low and position rack in the middle.
