  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

 

  • 2 cups cooked white rice

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Ground Beef

  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it into crumbles. Drain excess grease if needed.

Step 2: Add Aromatics

  • Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another minute until fragrant.

Step 3: Make the Sauce

  • In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and cornstarch (if using).

Step 4: Simmer Everything Together
