Instructions
Step 1: Sauté the Aromatics
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent.

Step 2: Brown the Turkey
- Add ground turkey and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned (about 5 minutes).
- Drain any excess fat if necessary.

- Cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
