Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken
- Mix flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the egg with milk.
- Dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture, then dredge in the flour mixture to coat evenly.
- Cook the Chicken
