Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

  • Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
  • If using chicken breasts, pound them to an even thickness.
  • Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Step 2: Sear the Chicken

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
