Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Salmon

Pat the salmon pieces dry with a paper towel.

 

Season with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.

 

Sear the Salmon

 

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

 

Add the salmon bites and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.

 

Remove from the pan and set aside.

Make the Honey Butter Garlic Glaze

In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Stir in honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.

Let the sauce simmer for 1-2 minutes until slightly thickened.

 

 

Coat the Salmon

Return the salmon bites to the skillet.

Toss gently to coat evenly in the glaze.

Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce clings to the salmon.

 

Garnish and Serve

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and sesame seeds.
