Ingredients

  • 3 black tea bags (or green tea for a lighter taste)
  • 1 ½ cups fresh pineapple juice (or canned, unsweetened)
  • ¼ cup honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Pineapple slices and mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Brew the Tea

    • In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
    • Remove from heat and add the tea bags. Steep for 5-7 minutes, then discard the tea bags.
    • Allow the tea to cool to room temperature.

  • Chill and Serve
