- 3 black tea bags (or green tea for a lighter taste)
- 1 ½ cups fresh pineapple juice (or canned, unsweetened)

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Ice cubes
- Pineapple slices and mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Brew the Tea
- In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add the tea bags. Steep for 5-7 minutes, then discard the tea bags.
- Allow the tea to cool to room temperature.

- While still warm, stir in honey or sugar until dissolved.
- Add pineapple juice and lemon juice, mixing well.
