Ingredients

Scale

For the Wraps:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle slices
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

For the Special Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp French dressing
  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Special Sauce:
    • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, French dressing, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and sugar.
    • Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  2. Cook the Beef:
    • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Add ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula.
    • Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
    • Cook until fully browned, about 6-8 minutes.
    • Drain excess fat and set aside.
  3. Assemble the Wraps:
    • Lay a tortilla flat and place a slice of American cheese in the center.
    • Spoon cooked beef over the cheese.
    • Drizzle a generous amount of special sauce over the beef.
    • Sprinkle shredded lettuce, diced onions, and pickles on top.
    • Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it tightly like a burrito.
  4. Toast the Wraps (Optional):
    • Heat a clean skillet over medium heat.
    • Place each wrap seam-side down and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
    • Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for an authentic Big Mac touch.

Notes

  • Low-Carb Version: Use lettuce wraps instead of tortillas.
  • Spicy Twist: Add sriracha or diced jalapeños to the sauce.
  • Chicken Option: Swap the beef for grilled or crispy chicken.
  • Extra Cheesy: Add an extra layer of shredded cheddar inside.
