- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare the Shrimp
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add shrimp, season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly pink (they will finish cooking in the oven).
- Make the Creamy Sauce
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 2 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.
- Transfer the shrimp and sauce to a baking dish.
- Prepare the Topping
- In a small bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with olive oil.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the shrimp, then evenly distribute the breadcrumb mixture on top.
- Bake and Serve
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with crusty bread or over pasta.
