- 4 boneless or bone-in pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (Panko or Italian-style)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter (for frying)
Instructions
- Prepare the Breading:
- In a shallow dish, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the Pork Chops:
- In another shallow bowl, whisk the egg with the milk. Dip each pork chop into the egg mixture, then press into the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
- Cook the Pork Chops:
- Heat olive oil (or butter) in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook each pork chop for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Rest & Serve:
- Remove the pork chops from the pan and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Baked Version: Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Air Fryer Option: Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
