  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Breading:
    • In a shallow dish, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Coat the Pork Chops:
    • In another shallow bowl, whisk the egg with the milk. Dip each pork chop into the egg mixture, then press into the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
  3. Cook the Pork Chops:
