For the Wraps:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce or spinach
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, feta, or mozzarella)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken:
    • In a small bowl, mix garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, black pepper, oregano, and lemon juice.
    • Coat the chicken with the marinade and let it rest for at least 15 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).
    • Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked and golden brown.
    • Remove from the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.
  2. Prepare the Sauce:
    • In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt (or mayo), Dijon mustard, and honey.
    • Stir well and set aside.
  3. Assemble the Wraps:
    • Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 10-15 seconds to make them pliable.
    • Spread a spoonful of the sauce on each tortilla.
    • Layer lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, and cheese.
    • Add sliced garlic chicken on top.
    • Fold in the sides and roll tightly.
    • Serve:
      • Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately.
      • For meal prep, wrap tightly in foil or parchment paper and refrigerate.
