- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, feta, or mozzarella)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken:
- In a small bowl, mix garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, black pepper, oregano, and lemon juice.
- Coat the chicken with the marinade and let it rest for at least 15 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked and golden brown.
- Remove from the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.
- Prepare the Sauce:
- In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt (or mayo), Dijon mustard, and honey.
- Stir well and set aside.
- Assemble the Wraps:
- Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 10-15 seconds to make them pliable.
- Spread a spoonful of the sauce on each tortilla.
- Layer lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, and cheese.
- Add sliced garlic chicken on top.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly.
- Serve:
- Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately.
- For meal prep, wrap tightly in foil or parchment paper and refrigerate.
