- ½ cup chicken broth (or pasta water)

- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions

Cook the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.

Prepare the Steak Bites
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season steak cubes with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Add steak cubes in a single layer, cooking for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
- Reduce heat to medium, add butter and minced garlic, and stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Remove steak bites from the pan and set aside, leaving the garlic butter in the skillet.

Make the Creamy Parmesan Sauce
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth (or reserved pasta water), stirring to combine.
- Add Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then toss in the cooked pasta. Stir until well coated.
