- 1.5 lbs sirloin steak (or ribeye), cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved or quartered
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Potatoes
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add potatoes, season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and tender.
- Remove and set aside.
- Cook the Steak Bites
- In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp olive oil.
- Add steak bites in a single layer, searing for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
- Remove and set aside.
- Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
- Reduce heat to medium, melt remaining 3 tbsp butter.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 30-60 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce and Italian seasoning.
- Return steak and potatoes to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Serve and Garnish
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
