- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup refried beans
- 1/2 cup enchilada sauce or taco sauce
- 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños (optional)
- 1/4 cup sour cream (for serving)
- Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions

Prepare the Ground Beef:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
- Drain excess grease and add taco seasoning with a few tablespoons of water. Stir and cook for another 2–3 minutes.

Crisp the Tortillas:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly spray or brush tortillas with olive oil.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

Assemble the Pizzas:
- Spread refried beans on two crispy tortillas.
- Add a layer of seasoned ground beef.
- Top with another crispy tortilla.

Add Toppings:
- Spread enchilada sauce or taco sauce on top.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Add chopped tomatoes, black olives, and jalapeños.

Bake Until Golden:
- Return to the oven and bake for 7–10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish & Serve:
- Remove from oven and top with green onions.
- Slice into quarters and serve with sour cream.
