Fluffy Strawberry Shortcake Puppy Chow is a no-bake, sweet and crunchy treat made with white chocolate, freeze-dried strawberries, and powdered sugar. Perfect for parties, holidays, or a quick snack!

- 6 cups rice or corn cereal (such as Chex)
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberry powder (or blended freeze-dried strawberries)
- 1/2 cup crushed shortbread cookies (optional, for extra shortcake flavor)
Instructions
- Melt the Chocolate – In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Coat the Cereal – Place the cereal in a large bowl. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over it and gently toss until evenly coated.
- Add Strawberry & Sugar Mixture – In a separate bowl, mix powdered sugar and freeze-dried strawberry powder. Sprinkle over the coated cereal and toss to cover completely. Add crushed shortbread cookies if using.
- Let it Set – Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Let it cool for 20 minutes until the coating is set.
- Serve & Store – Once set, transfer to a serving bowl or airtight container. Enjoy as a sweet snack or dessert!
