- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups oat flour (or almond flour)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions

Preheat and Prepare
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

Mix Wet Ingredients
- In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, eggs, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.

Add Dry Ingredients
- Add baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and oat flour (or almond flour) to the wet mixture. Stir until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if using.

- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool and Serve
- Let the banana bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
- Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
