- 4 green onions, sliced into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil

- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)
- 1/4 cup chicken broth or water
- 1 teaspoon sugar (optional, for slight sweetness)

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
- In a bowl, mix the chicken strips with 1 teaspoon of soy sauce and the cornstarch. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
Step 2: Make the Sauce
- In a small bowl, combine the remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, chicken broth (or water), and sugar. Set aside.
Step 3: Cook the Chicken
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Step 4: Stir-Fry the Aromatics
- Add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet.
- Add the garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Step 5: Combine Everything
- Return the cooked chicken to the pan and toss with the green onions.
- Pour in the prepared sauce and stir well to coat the chicken.
- Cook for another 1–2 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
Step 6: Serve
- Serve hot over cooked rice and enjoy!
