Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Chicken
- Mix chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Rub the seasoning mixture onto the chicken, ensuring even coating.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked (165°F internal temperature).
- Remove from heat, squeeze fresh lime juice over the chicken, and let rest before slicing.
Step 2: Prepare the Street Corn
