Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Sweet Potatoes
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pierce sweet potatoes with a fork and bake for 45-50 minutes until tender. Alternatively, peel, chop, and boil them until soft.
- Let them cool slightly, then peel and mash until smooth.
Step 2: Make the Sweet Potato Mixture
- In a large bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
- Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Transfer to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.

- In a separate bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Stir in melted butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
