  • 4 cups frozen hash browns, thawed

  • ½ teaspoon salt

 

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Prepare the Ingredients

    • Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels, then crumble.
    • In the same pan, sauté the chopped onion until soft and translucent.
  • Mix the Casserole Base

    • In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.
    • Stir in the shredded cheddar, Swiss cheese, cottage cheese, hash browns, cooked bacon, and sautéed onion.
    • Season with salt and black pepper.

 

  • Assemble and Bake
