- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup crumbled bacon (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven – Set to 375°F (190°C) and grease a casserole dish.
- Prepare the Ingredients – Cook and shred/dice the chicken. Lightly steam broccoli or other veggies.
- Make the Sauce – In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Assemble – Add the chicken and veggies to the bowl, mix with the sauce, then transfer to the casserole dish.
- Top with Cheese – Sprinkle cheddar cheese, Parmesan, and optional bacon on top.
- Bake – Bake for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
