Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
  • 1 cup broccoli florets (or other low-carb veggies)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup crumbled bacon (optional)

 

  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven – Set to 375°F (190°C) and grease a casserole dish.
  • Prepare the Ingredients – Cook and shred/dice the chicken. Lightly steam broccoli or other veggies.
  • Make the Sauce – In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Assemble – Add the chicken and veggies to the bowl, mix with the sauce, then transfer to the casserole dish.
  • Top with Cheese – Sprinkle cheddar cheese, Parmesan, and optional bacon on top.
  • Bake – Bake for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

 

  • Serve – Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish as desired.

  • Swap broccoli for cauliflower, spinach, or mushrooms.
  • Try mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese for variety.
