Description

Easy Lemon Mousse is a light, no-bake dessert with a creamy texture and zesty citrus flavor. Made with whipped cream and lemon curd, this elegant treat is perfect for spring and summer entertaining.


Ingredients

1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 cup lemon curd (store-bought or homemade)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional: fresh lemon zest, for garnish

Instructions

  • Chill tools: Place a mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for 10–15 minutes.

  • Whip cream: In the chilled bowl, beat heavy cream and powdered sugar on medium-high until soft peaks form.

  • Add vanilla: Mix in vanilla extract and beat until stiff peaks form. Do not overmix.

  • Fold in curd: Gently fold in lemon curd with a spatula until smooth and fully combined.

  • Chill: Spoon into serving cups. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

 

  • Serve: Garnish with lemon zest, berries, or mint if desired.
