Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Dip the chicken pieces into the beaten eggs, then coat them in the flour mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Fry the Chicken
- Heat about 1 inch of vegetable oil in a deep pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry the chicken in batches for 4-5 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Make the Honey Garlic Sauce
