- ½ cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 4–6 slices of deli ham
- ¼ cup mayonnaise (optional, for topping)

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Meatloaf Mixture
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and Dijon mustard (if using).
Step 2: Layer the Fillings
- Spread half of the meat mixture evenly in the loaf pan.
- Layer the ham slices and shredded Swiss cheese.
- Cover with remaining chicken mixture, pressing to seal edges.
Step 3: Bake the Meatloaf
- Spread mayonnaise on top (optional) and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Step 4: Rest and Serve
- Let the meatloaf rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
