  • 6 slices deli ham
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Meat Mixture

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley. Mix until well incorporated.

Step 2: Assemble the Meatloaf 3. Press half of the chicken mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared loaf pan. 4. Layer the ham slices on top, followed by the Swiss cheese slices. 5. Spread Dijon mustard over the cheese if using. 6. Place the remaining chicken mixture on top, smoothing it out to seal the edges.

Step 3: Bake the Meatloaf 7. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and grated Parmesan cheese. Spread this mixture over the top of the meatloaf for a flavorful crust. 8. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). 9. Let the meatloaf rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
