Description

This Easy Caramel Apple Fudge is the perfect fall dessert! Creamy white chocolate fudge is infused with warm cinnamon, nutmeg, and dried apple pieces, then swirled with rich caramel for a decadent treat. Perfect for gifting or holiday gatherings!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dried apple pieces, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Pan
Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, ensuring overhang for easy removal. Lightly grease the paper.
  2. Melt the Base
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
  3. Add Flavor
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and apple extract (if using). Mix well.
  4. Fold in Apple Pieces
Gently fold in the finely chopped dried apples, ensuring even distribution.
  5. Layer with Caramel
Pour half of the fudge mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce. Repeat with the remaining fudge and caramel, then swirl with a toothpick.
  6. Chill and Set
Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours, or until firm. For best results, chill overnight.
  7. Slice and Serve
Once set, lift the fudge from the pan using parchment paper edges. Cut into squares and drizzle extra caramel sauce if desired.
