Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Blueberry Swirl

  3. Remove from heat and let cool completely.

Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Swirl

  1. In a small bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

Step 3: Prepare the Cookie Dough

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes).
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.

Step 4: Swirl in the Fillings
