- 1 pound salmon fillet, skin removed, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- Sesame seeds & chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. - Coat the Salmon
Toss salmon cubes in the marinade and let sit for 5–10 minutes. - Preheat the Air Fryer
Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and preheat for 2–3 minutes. - Air Fry the Salmon
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil. Arrange salmon bites in a single layer, leaving space between them. Air fry at 400°F for 7–9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. - Serve & Enjoy
Remove salmon bites from the air fryer, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions, and serve immediately.
