- ½ cup dill pickle brine
- ½ cup white vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard seeds
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Prepare the Ingredients
- Roughly chop the pickled jalapeños.
- Mince the garlic and chop the fresh dill.

Blend the Sauce
- In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients: pickled jalapeños, dill pickle brine, white vinegar, garlic, fresh dill, mustard seeds, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
- Blend until smooth, or pulse for a chunkier consistency.

- Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Let it cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, to meld flavors and slightly thicken.

- Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
