Instructions
- Prepare the Beef
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown beef pieces on all sides (optional but recommended for enhanced flavor).
- Transfer browned beef to the slow cooker.
- Add Aromatics and Base Ingredients
- Sauté garlic and onion in the same skillet until fragrant (2-3 minutes).
- Add to the slow cooker along with beef broth, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
