- 1 lb ribeye steak or sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 small green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- 2 tablespoons butter (for grilling)
Instructions
- Prepare the Filling
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced onions and bell peppers; cook until softened (about 5 minutes). Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook sliced steak for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Cook for another minute, then remove from heat.
- Assemble the Wraps
- Lay out tortillas and sprinkle provolone and cheddar cheese in the center.
- Add the cooked steak, onions, and peppers.
- Fold in the sides, then roll tightly like a burrito.
- Grill the Wraps
- Heat a clean skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Melt butter in the pan, then place wraps seam-side down.
- Grill for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve and Enjoy
- Slice wraps in half and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce
