  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil or butter (for frying)

Instructions

Prepare the Coating

  • In a shallow dish, mix Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • In another dish, whisk together eggs and milk.
  • In a third dish, place the all-purpose flour.

2. Bread the Pork Chops

  • Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel.
  • Dredge each pork chop in flour, shaking off excess.
  • Dip into the egg mixture, ensuring even coverage.
  • Press into the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture, coating both sides thoroughly.

3. Cook the Pork Chops

  • Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Check doneness with a meat thermometer (145°F / 63°C internal temperature).
