- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons olive oil or butter (for frying)
Instructions
Prepare the Coating
- In a shallow dish, mix Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another dish, whisk together eggs and milk.
- In a third dish, place the all-purpose flour.
2. Bread the Pork Chops
- Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel.
- Dredge each pork chop in flour, shaking off excess.
- Dip into the egg mixture, ensuring even coverage.
- Press into the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture, coating both sides thoroughly.
3. Cook the Pork Chops
- Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
- Check doneness with a meat thermometer (145°F / 63°C internal temperature).
- Transfer to a plate and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

- Spicy Kick: Add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the breadcrumb mixture.
- Oven-Baked: Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Air Fryer: Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes, flipping once.
