  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix the crushed crackers, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs. Place the shredded cheddar cheese in another bowl.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then coat with cheddar cheese, pressing to adhere. Finally, coat in the cracker mixture.
  5. Arrange the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and drizzle melted butter evenly over the top.
