Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a shallow bowl, mix the crushed crackers, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs. Place the shredded cheddar cheese in another bowl.
- Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then coat with cheddar cheese, pressing to adhere. Finally, coat in the cracker mixture.
- Arrange the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and drizzle melted butter evenly over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the crust is golden brown.
